We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Shipping Fee
Standard shipping is $4.95 per order.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Aura & Crysta does not charge hidden shipping fees.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local delivery conditions.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@auracrysta.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has already been shipped.
